Lolaandrosa has a $7 flat rate shipping fee for orders in the US. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We do have a special $15 rate for bulky and heavy weight products (this includes shoes, hats, etc.) This rate will NOT be waived durning FREE SHIPPING promotions.

Please double check your shipping address. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. Please make sure that you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Refund policy for Online-store Purchases

We hope that you always love your purchases with Lolaandrosa! However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return your purchase. Our online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE TIME OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. (SEE REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES BELOW IN FULL POLICY)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. ITEMS MUST BE scent free, stain free, unwashed, and in perfect condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Include your packaging slip which has your information and order number on it. Please wrap and return item in a way to protect it.
